This license comes from the state and has to be renewed either every year or every other year, depending on where the broker is practicing.

Usually, a real estate broker will have agents who work underneath them. The agents will do some of the work in selling the property or real estate, and in return get some commission from the sale.

Being a broker gives one who is in the real estate business to have their own company and have agents working under them for real estate. Brokers will also need to find the properties that can be sold by their particular company. Usually, time will be spent by brokers to find the right homes and areas for selling the property.
